As a Barista, your primary responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers. You will take and fulfill customer orders, operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area. Exceptional customer service is crucial, including greeting customers, providing product information, and handling transactions accurately. Additionally, you may assist in maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the coffee shop. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages are essential for success in this role.
