1. No Refund for Early Withdrawal or Payment Delays

• If a candidate or agent withdraws from the process midway or fails to make payments as per the mutually agreed terms, no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds Subject to Management Approval

• Refunds will only be considered in specific cases, as determined by Vasper Global Management. The minimum processing time for approved refunds is 180 days from the date of refund confirmation or withdrawal notification.

3. No Refunds for Visa Decision Delays or Denials

• Vasper Global has no control over visa decisions, appointment scheduling, or the time taken by foreign embassies to make visa-related decisions. Therefore, any withdrawal due to visa outcomes will not qualify for a refund.

4. Review of Refund Policies

• Candidates and agents are encouraged to thoroughly review the refund policies before entering into any agreement or contract with Vasper Global.
