Job Description

Deliver exceptional customer service in various F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, counters, and service areas. Provide menu recommendations and offer assistance to guests with special dietary needs or preferences. Handle payments and transactions accurately, following established procedures. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
