Job Description

Oversee all aspects of operations in our prestigious 4-star luxury hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Lead a team of department heads, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence and financial success. Foster a culture of hospitality and professionalism throughout the hotel, empowering staff to exceed guest expectations. Manage budgets, revenue strategies, and cost controls to maximize profitability while maintaining quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative initiatives to enhance the hotel's reputation and market position. Uphold brand standards and uphold compliance with regulations to ensure a memorable and seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

Lead all hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service, Manage budgets and financial performance, monitoring expenses and revenue streams to achieve profitability targets, Recruit, train, and supervise department heads and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and guest-centric service, Maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly to uphold the hotel's reputation, Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff, Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain the hotel's competitive edge and market positioning.
