Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dermatologist to join our Skincare Clinic in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and aesthetic dermatology, a strong background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, and experience in performing cosmetic procedures. This role requires a patient-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in dermatology.
Responsibilities
Provide consultations, diagnose and treat various skin conditions and preventive measures to maintain healthy skin.
Perform dermatological and cosmetic procedures
Develop personalized treatment plans and skincare routines for patients.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.
Stay up-to-date with new industry trends, products, and treatments.
Should be able to handle the customers, consulting them regarding treatments and taking constant follow ups.
Answering phone calls / checking Emails and routing to concerned dept as necessary.
Manage sales target and the development of new business opportunities
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals on monthly & quarterly
Assist to manage all aspects of new hire on boarding and off boarding.
Train team members for further development or skills, and arrange external training where appropriate.
Work closely with the team and identify areas to enhance their performance.
Prepare detailed regular reports on inventory operation, stock levels, Develop and implement further development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
To be able to provide treatment to clients upto the high standards
Maintain business standards and keep improving and implementing modern standards of beauty sector.
Qualification
- Medical degree and specialization in dermatology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience required.
- Additional certifications in aesthetic procedures.
- Experience with laser technology and equipment.
- Knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
Skill & Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain treatment plans clearly.
- Up-to-date with the latest advancements and industry innovations.
